The Manager Head Office & Strategy provides direct support to the BU leadership team and supports the BU Head Office to create, drive and implement the strategic framework based on Own the Game, the brand strategy framework, by driving cross-functional projects & milestones intra BU. Furthermore, tasks cover to drive day to day business in the respective business unit, provide ad hoc support on operational topics and work on business unit specific projects leading to successful key milestone meetings. Run an efficient head office and ensure a smooth communication flow between BU teams, brand functions and the wider organization., * Support Director Head Office and on ad hoc requests as well as regular reporting towards brand leadership, executive and supervisory board (incl. strategic business plan and initiatives) * Support driving overall top-down communication within BU together with other HO colleagues * Support to develop and drive the BU strategic direction * Ensure communication process and follow up implementation of the BU strategy * Coordinate seasonal strategic marketing planning and process * Help manage strategic priority projects * Coordinate horizontal topics and projects * Strategic & financial analysis of potential collaborations, including the development of business cases (if applicable) * Support seasonal/yearly financial planning processes (range planning, budget planning) * Coordinate and follow up on strategic business plan implementation with BU 1st line * Feedback and facilitate sharing of best practices or improvement ideas * Brief research needs in close alignment with Brand Strategy to Intelligence Hub * Ensure an efficient BU office + o gather and provide information to key stakeholders in a user friendly and presentable format o organize meetings, take and distribute notes of meetings and follow up on action steps in a timely manner o ensure alignment and a smooth information flow amongst Senior Managers within the business unit * Optimize departmental efficiency Key Relationships: Depending on scope/type of project but in general: * BU functional heads (SLT) * BU Head Office network * Brand Head Office network * Brand Strategy & Business Development * Corporate Strategy * Finance * HR * Global Operations
* Ability to derive world-class story-lines and visualization from data/information and GM input * Resolute and good problem solver * Strong project management skills * Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained * Drive to succeed and deliver against expectations * Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices. Strong competence with various tools, procedures, etc. Language skills: * English: fluent * Another European language advantageous IT skills: * Outlook: Advanced * Word: Basic * Excel: Advanced * PowerPoint: Advanced Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: * University degree or equivalent education required * Minimum of 5 years of working experience in job or job function.
